Grant Consoletti

General Manager

Grant Consoletti is the general manager of Kachina Cantina and the Poka Lola Social Club.

With experience in a wide variety of operational environments, from golf clubs to resorts and convention centers, Grant easily adapts to changing landscapes to ensure operational success. Whether managing casual or fine dining, special events, private functions, weddings or otherwise, Grant fulfills high service expectations and leads both front and back-of-house teams with enthusiasm and strong communication. He has a particular passion for creating memorable, personalized experiences for guests.

Grant’s passion for hospitality began in childhood, when he developed a deep appreciation for the warm welcomes and service his family experienced while on vacation. Inspired by those experiences, he pursued a degree from the University of Massachusetts’ Isenberg School of Business Hospitality and Tourism management program, where he was also captain of the UMass Men’s Lacrosse Team. After interning on Nantucket Island during his first summer in the program, he fell in love with food and beverage operations and the ways in which sharing a meal can bring people together.

Grant subsequently brought his leadership skills to food and beverage operations in Massachusetts and the Washington, D.C. area before settling in Colorado.

Originally from Southern California, Grant now lives in Denver, where he spends his free time skiing in the mountains, playing and coaching lacrosse, biking Denver’s many paths and trails and – of course – trying new restaurants.
